The Facility is a flexible Event space for up 90 guests (daytime) and 180 guests (evening and depending on floor plan). Iconic views surround the property including the National Mall, Arlington National Cemetery, and Joint Base Myer-Henderson Hall which enhance and elevate the Event purpose.

Rates

- Facility for Events with a minimum of 3 hours 8:00am - 4:00pm Monday through Friday; up to 90 guests; $950/hour; price includes complimentary 2 hours of setup and 1.5 hours of breakdown.

- Facility for Events with a minimum 3 hours 6:00pm - 11:00pm Monday through Thursday; up to 180 guests; $950/hour; price includes complimentary 2 hours of setup and 1.5 hours of breakdown.

Throughout the penthouse space, glass panels provide the natural light and beauty of the Nation’s Capital views. In the Facility a 100 foot wall of glass optimizes the view for all your guests. Plus, the south end of the room has access to an observation deck - guests enjoy air flow, panoramic views, and the sounds of bag pipes, trumpets, bands, Carillon bells, 21 gun salute, air craft, and more. Inside, the lighting is brilliant or soft from crystal chandeliers.

Tables, chairs, dance floor, sound system, parking, express elevator to the penthouse, and vetted vendor lists are included in the rental price. Wall partitions provide flexibility in the Reception Facility, creating spaces for smaller groups, break-out sessions, and separate meal service. TVs, LED high top tables, uplighting, and lounge furniture rental options are available to enhance the meeting experience.
