You can utilize our flexible, creative space for baby showers, photoshoots, film shoots, commercials, music videos, pop-up events, art shows, micro-weddings, private dinners, meetings, corporate events, workshops, and fitness classes.

$200 each additional hour, over 4 hour minimum

Our loft rental space is always open to new clientele and partners with creative ideas.

Tables and chairs ARE NOT INCLUDED with the rental. You may rent tables from us at an extra cost. We do not rent chairs.

ALL RENTALS HAVE TO BE PICKED UP AT THE TIME YOUR EVENT ENDS. NO EXCEPTONS.

To allow enough time to clean our studio, we schedule an 1-hour cleaning session in between consecutive bookings.


The rental space DOES NOT INCLUDE THE UPPER LOFTS. If those rooms are occupied during your event you will incur a $200 fee. If there is any damage to any furniture, you will incur a fee for damages added to your booking.

We have a no-weapon policy on the premises. “Premises” is defined as public or private buildings, driveway, street, sidewalk or walkway, parking lot, parking garage, or other parking areas owned by Met Atlanta. Sebi's Daughters forbids attendees from possessing or using dangerous weapons on the premises. “Dangerous weapons” include but are not limited to firearms, explosives, knives, guns, and other weapons that might be considered dangerous or that could cause harm per Sebi's Daughters discretion. An attendee’s license to carry a weapon on the premises does not supersede the rules in this agreement. Any attendee in violation of this policy will be asked to leave the premises immediately.

Please park in front of building 4. Please do not park in the rear and where it states "NO PARKING"

We do not allow children events and there are no children allowed without prior permission.
