Beautiful creative co-working and event space in the central North Loop neighborhood, close to shopping, restaurants and bars.

IMPORTANT: The rental period booked must be for the entire time you will be using our space, including setup and breakdown (not just the hours of your event). Any additional time needed will be charged at our full hourly rate. We cannot always accommodate last minute extensions so please book enough time.

RATES:
Sun-Wed 5pm-midnight: $700+
Thurs-Sat 5pm-midnight: $1000+
Sat/Sun 8am-4pm: $1000+

**We also have a conference room w/ seating for 8 people that can be rented separately.
