Modern Airy Lounge with Full Flexible Bar简介

Our lounge and bar area with our beautiful fish tank is perfect for receptions, parties and special events for up to 150 people.

Renting this space includes use of the fully equipped bar with a wine fridge, drink fridge, commercial ice machine, microwave, commercial coffee maker, and various bar equipment (shakers, wine openers, etc.). Bring your own drinks and catering and bring your event to life!

All the furniture in the lounge can be moved around to fit your needs.
We have:
--10 barstools
--various 6-seat tables (high and low)
--8 tall cocktail tables, as well as couches and lounge chairs.
We can clear it all out for a standing room only party, or set up seating.
**You can rent your own tables and chairs for your special event. You are responsible for scheduling, coordination of drop off/pick up and set up of any rented tables and chairs.

-use of the surround sound speakers and Spotify account
-onsite staff to assist with set up
-keyless access for your point of contact
-garage doors/dock doors with dock plate for loading and unloading large equipment
