Downtown Historic Studio Space with Vintage Western Vibe简介

Located on the corner of West 7th Street and Lavaca in the heart of Downtown Austin, this unfinished studio space sits on the first floor of the York Rite Masonic Temple. Part music venue, part lounge, part workshop - this large open creative space is great for podcast recording, video shoots, photoshoots, or private events.

The space can accommodate 70-75 guests, standing room only. The furniture can be moved and configured in various ways. No additional furniture is provided beyond what is shown in the photos. Furniture may be rented or otherwise brought in. One visit to the space is provided free of charge. Please ask about

Green room space, clothing racks, and changing area available across the hall from the space in same building.

Recording and AV services are available for additional cost.
