Spacious and Light Clubhouse in Cedar Park

Our beautiful semi-private Clubhouse is perfect for any social gathering, party, or meeting. Flexible seating allows for casual mingling and dining. A full kitchen makes this space ideal for events that utilize catering.

The space features:
Casual seating arrangements with couches, club chairs, and tables
Full kitchen includes - ice-maker, microwave, oven, mini-fridge, sink, large island and bar stools
2-55" TVs
Decorative accent lighting

We recommend for larger events that you visit the space in advance to ensure it will suit your needs.

We do not allow for any marijuana or drug related events. No pets or animals allowed in the space.

Noise is a concern as we are located in a residential community. Any music, DJ, instrumentalist, or karaoke would need to be pre-approved in advance.

Some parking is available just outside the clubhouse but it can be limited. We recommend car pooling or using ride sharing services.

Please note: this space is not fully private. It is possible residents will walk through to access the fitness center. We will do our very best to redirect them to the other entrance, but it's possible you will still see them walk through.


As health and cleanliness are more top-of-mind than ever, our efforts are focused on limiting the number of event rentals during a day to allow for thorough, professional cleaning and refreshing of the space. While all efforts to provide a sanitized area will be made, we cannot be held responsible for the health of those who use the space or potentially become ill thereafter. Please use all caution to protect oneself from unwanted illness and be mindful of social distancing while in the event spaces. Due to the ever-changing nature of COVID and the impact on our communities, amenities and availability are subject to change. We will provide as much notice as possible and work collaboratively to resolve the changes if applicable.
