Private home (former wedding venue) off a cul-de-sac in Southwest Austin in a quite neighborhood.

• Meeting/work space has eclectic decor and furnishing that can be reconfigured and arranged to suit your needs. Includes tables, folding chairs with comfortable seat pads, and 2 bar areas.

Small Private Parties and Acoustic Musical Event Space. Beautiful Ballroom with water fountain, with smoke machine, hazer, bar area and multiple club lights for a private dance party or musical event. Medieval Rustic Cottage with 2 courtyards. 1st courtyard will comfortable hold about 30 people with cafe style lighting and torchlights. 2nd courtyard will comfortably hold 60 people and is under a beautiful oak tree with flickering torchlights, a bar area and an area for a small private performance. Bring your own catering and adult beverages as well as a bartender.
