Downtown Art Center with Historic Charm简介

This Double Floor Venue is located in downtown Baltimore. The building was erected in 1901 and features historic charm, a unique flow, and is centered between (3) different colleges (BCC, Loyoal, MICA).

The space is open and multi-faceted.
The downstairs level is approximately 15'x15' and has a large "Green Screen" Wall as well as several photo backdrops (Other colors are available upon request).
The upstairs level is approximately 18'x14' features a complimentary bar/serving station and features a small glass gallery in a back office.

Venue is available during the day (11a-5pm) for meetings and 'creating' (nail techs, hair braiders, photographers, etc.)

And available evenings (6p-10p) for event rentals.

This space is great for meetings, classes, tastings, and events. The possible applications are too numerous to list.

Available equipment rental as follows:
(4) 6' rectangular folding tables
(4) 4' Rounds - (4-6 people each)
(6) 3' Cocktail rounds (42" tall)
30 folding chairs

Space is limited to about 25-30 people per floor, depending on the setup

Small galley/kitchenette available, has limited counterspace and a kitchen sink, as well as minifridge and microwave. NO OVEN/RANGE.

This venue space is NOT handicapped accessible. A small ramp can be utilized to access the downstairs level but the historic nature of the building precludes building any permanent fixtures and the upper level would be problematic to reach.
