Rates:
- Monday - Friday - $100/hr- 4hr minimum
- Saturday mornings/afternoons (10am-4:30pm) - $150/hr 3hr minimum
- Saturday nights (6pm-1:30am) $225/hr 4hr minimum
- Sunday (1:30pm+) - $150/hr 3hr minimum

We have 6 round tables and 11 8ft. long tables and 100 chairs.

Our space is ideal for events such as birthday parties, bridal showers, baby showers, pop up shops , beauty workshops, quinceaneras and much more! The venue is surrounded by 12 foot glass windows and mirrors on both sides of the room. There are some areas with tile flooring however more than 90% is covered with beautiful red oak hardwood flooring. The venue is classy, modern, cozy, rustic and trendy which matches with vibe in Design District.

Our boutique style studio offers access to Design District’s neighboring areas such as Uptown, Downtown, Deep Ellum, Bishop Arts, Oak Cliff and Highland Park. Floor to ceiling windows and mirrors provide the perfect backdrop to any special day! The studio is surrounded by galleries, fine dining, shopping, upscale living, the Dallas Farmers Market, bowling and the new home of Virgin Hotel.
