Charming, stylish, brick home in one of Denver's most chic neighborhoods. This historic residence built in 1896 used to be the neighborhood's main market -- while here, you can step into the past while enjoying the luxuries of all the modern amenities.

Enter through the front door into the bright, open-concept living and dining space. This room is the heart of the house - colorful walls, vaulted ceilings and bold lighting bring joy and energy. Watch a movie on the 75-inch smart TV, play a game of shuffleboard, or get cozy with a good book.

As you move through the space, you'll come to a newly renovated kitchen with stainless steel appliances, a farmhouse sink and a gas-burning stove. The kitchen flows right into the dining and living space, making it perfect for cooking with friends. The island is a great breakfast nook or temporary office for remote work.

The back of this old market has been converted into a bedroom with a queen bed, desk, and blackout curtains to let you sleep in after nights out on Broadway. Bold murals and decor add an unexpected pop of color to this room. In-unit washer and dryer is tucked into a closet in the bedroom.
