This is a town home that's best for intimate events that won’t entail a large crowd or loud music. This can be used for birthday parties, engagement parties or any other event with 10 to 20 people. This home is in the Houston heights area so it’ll benefit you to encourage your guests to use a ride share option as parking could be a hassle on certain dates.
Upstairs living space has 2 day beds, a 120 inch projector screen and a video game and TV access. There is also a pool table anda half bathroom in that living space.
The Patio also has furniture that can be used by your guests.
The second floor has a living room and a full kitchen with a master bedroom and full bathroom.
