Country Chic poolside with bar and more简介

Primary venue area includes an old horse stable that was converted into a pool house. Inside is upgraded with concrete floors, counter and bar top, restroom & Rustic chic decor! Located on 9 acre property. The venue area includes a privacy fence around the Pool House, Pool and large open yard area - all together over 18,000+ square feet of available space in this area. Pool area, Pool and entire Fence line has lighting for evenings. We also have a mixture of Metal Buildings/Warehouse, open land and a creek along the back part of the property that can all be available for different activities and/or photo shoots, etc. Includes a large parking areas and large double gate entrance. Coordinator available to assist with activities.

NOTE: The Pool House is split into two sections:

(1) 22'x23' room with direct access (sliding stable door) to pool area. Includes private bathroom, refrigerator, microwave, sink, bar / bar top, ceiling fans, floor fans, Bluetooth receiver with speakers inside and outside facing the pool area.

(2) 22'x23' Game Room with direct access (sliding stable door) to pool area. Includes pool Table, Dart Board, and other games.
