History of the space

This townhome was built in the 5th ward of a community that’s being revitalized. It’s near the Riverhouse golf course, and discovery green park.

Neighborhood details
Located on a quiet street minutes from downtown. Close enough to conveniently get there, and watch the skyline of the beautiful buildings, far enough to not feel claustrophobic or overwhelmed by the businesses of downtown.

Logistics

Home is occupied by owner. Guest has Un-interfered access to entire house with exception of owners suites on the 3rd floor. Access uncludeds livingroom/balconies/4th floor loft./ 1 full bathroom/ 1 half bathroom.

Access to 3rd floor bedrooms for film/photography needs must be specifically requested.
Townhome is 4 stories with one bedroom hosting bunk beds on the first floor.

An open plan living room, fully functional kitchen, dining room that seats 6 people at the dining table, 2 at the kitchen island, 3 on the sofa and 2 people via swing chairs. Second floor balcony has two chairs and a side table. 2nd floor also has a half bathroom.

The third floor hosts the primary suite with a king bed, en-suite bathroom with garden tub and separate shower. Electric fireplace, 50 inch television, and views of downtown skyline from bathroom, bedroom, and closet. Third floor also hosts a guest bedroom with double beds, 32inch television, and en-suite bathroom.

The fourth floor loft has a couch, air hockey table, 3D photo wall, desk space, full size bathroom, 65 inch television, and a walk out balcony all with a beautiful view of downtown. The balcony hosts out door dining table for 6 and 2 swing chairs.


The entire home is accessible by request. The 4th floor loft, balcony and second floor amenities are accessible by default. The home has garage parking for 2 standard size vehicle. Free street parking is available for additional vehicles. The home has a lot of stairs.

If total privacy is requested, owner can leave premises during event for additional $25/hour.
