This is a Private House with spaces to accommodate most/all types of Events and Projects.
It can be rented out for Parties, Weddings, Meetings, Photoshoots, Charity Events, Etc..Etc..

PLEASE BRING YOUR OWN TOWELS IF YOU WILL BE USING THE POOL!

(a DJ, a Photographer, Videographer, Hair/Makeup Artist, Tanning and Catering Services are all available onsite if needed for an additional charge).

Media Room/Recording Studio- (We offer Editing Services on site for additional costs).

We have an in House Studio for all Photography/Videography/Content Creation needs.
(we have equipment also available for rent for additional costs).

We have a Beauty Room available to rent for Hair, Makeup and Nails to be done.
(Hair/Nail supplies available for use at an additional cost.)

We also have a 360 REVO-SPIN PHOTOBOOTH for rent onsite.

My house has a large open backyard with an outside BBQ and Kitchenette.
It also has a Pool and a Jacuzzi.

The House is available to rent for a set price per hour.
Or individual spaces in my house can be rented for a set price per hour..
