Professional Photo Studio and Creative Space (3000 sq. ft.)简介

We are slowly considering events again. All events must end by 10pm (in consideration of our neighbors), with cleanup to be completed by midnight unless other arrangements are agreed upon beforehand. The Bamboo Club is right at the end of the street that works as an "after" spot. If next day cleanup is arranged extra charges for the time will apply.

We reserve the right to provide our own security. NO UNDERAGE DRINKING. This cannot be stressed enough. We will not hesitate to shut down events that violate underage drinking laws WITH NO REFUNDS! Seems like a no brainer but we are only speaking from experience.

We throw our own parties, art shows, music performances and film/video premieres and are open to other ideas as well. Please ask any questions you may have.

Live music may require permits, please check with the city for the type of event you are planning.
