Modern Event Hall with Lounge & Bar Area

Our newly renovated event lounge offers a fresh and inspiring atmosphere for collaborators, entrepreneurs, artists and community organizers to host their meetups, social events, cocktail parties and private events.

This listing provides access to our entire main floor consisting of the following spaces;
Cafe/Bar & Lounge
Event Hall
OW Gurley Conference Room
Maya Angelou Conference Room
Classroom
Front Lawn

Partitioned into separate areas, hosts have the ability to accommodate a bar and refreshments on the cafe side of the building while utilizing the other side for dancing or dining. Additional rooms can be utilized for makeup/wardrobe, breakout groups, catering, refreshments and more.

Outside catering and bartending is welcome in our space. All events must submit the license or certificate for their bartender at least 7 days prior to the event.

Pricing:
Private Events (Weekdays): $275/hr
Private Events (Weekends): $375/hr

Security Fee:
M-F 9pm-5pm: 1st guard may be waived
M-F 5pm-4am: Required
Sat-Sun: Required

1 security guard is required for every 75 guests.
Charged at $30/hr per guard

Host Fee:
A host is required to be present for all events. Charged at $20/hr. The fee may be waived for bookings during regular operating hours.

Other costs to consider:
- Bartender: A certified bartender is required to dispense all alcohol.
- Overflow Parking Lot: $375 All events over 100 attendees are required to secure this overflow Parking lot.
- Cleaning Service: All events over 100 attendees are required to secure this cleaning service.
- A minimum rental rate of $2,500 is required for any Saturday bookings starting or extending past 4pm.

Event Insurance Requirement:
A certificate of insurance for bodily injury and property damage liability protection in a combined single limit amount of no less than $1,000,000 is required with each rental. We'd recommend using TheEventHelper.com to secure your insurance. Please list the following as an additional insured party on the COI. Please ensure that host liquor liability coverage is included if you will have alcohol on site.
