SOUND
A lot of commercials with sound, interviews and films are shot here. The space is NOT 100% soundproof. Sounds from the outside can be heard although 1o00's of shoots have not had any issues with the correct mics. Weekends are quite if sound is critical.

ADDITIONAL RENTALS
We also have a connected cool creative work space that can also be rented Great for conferences, meetings, office scenes etc.
As well as an awesome cool outdoor yard space with a grass cyclorama wall and grass area. Over looking the strip. Both spaces are at an additional cost.

ADDITIONAL SERVICES
We have additional production team members available, such as a camera operator, lighting specialists, grip, editor, hair, makeup, styling, assisting, photography, and digital retouching services and assistants.

You can also ask about our equipment rentals. We have Cabers, lighting, grip and FX available.

CONVENIENCE
We are based just moments from the strip yet have plenty of parking. We are on the south end of the strip behind NYNY and close to the Orleans casino. Free parking for around 6 cars in our own parking lot, plus lots of free street parking around the corner.
