We are a lash salon located in a safe & quiet area in Green Valley, but just minutes away from the freeway, Target, shops, and restaurants.

Our space is in a professional office building but with its own direct entrance and floor-to-ceiling windows in the front lobby & in the back training area (the space you'd be renting).

This is perfect for any beauty professionals (lash artists, estheticians, cosmetologists) needing an open space to hold small trainings or workshops.

There is approximately 600 sq ft of workable space. Conference table area and open flex space.

There is a wooden conference table with seating up to 4-5 people, a floating cabinet to store your training materials/supplies, and a 2x3' wall-mounted glass whiteboard.

Additionally, there is also a large open area that currently has 3 massage table stations, each with its own saddle stool, glamcor/ringlight, and side table. This specific set-up is ready for lash trainings, but if you don't need it, these can be put away which allows for an open space for you to set up the way you'd like.

SHARED SPACE INCLUDES:

Shared space includes front lobby with small couch and 2 lounge chairs, 1 unisex bathroom, and 1 breakroom equipped with a sink, counterspace, mini fridge, and microwave.

Next to the lobby is a private office that is currently being rented out and adjacent to the office is the start of the open space which has a small lash station that is also currently being rented out. But other than that, the rest of the open space is available for use.
