A chef's dream kitchen is a fully equipped and functional space designed with the culinary artist's needs in mind. Decide on drip coffee or a pour-over with premium appliances. Cook your dream meal with the double oven 6 burner pro-grade stove top and high-end pots and pans along with fully stocked essentials.

*LIVING ROOM & FRONT DECK*
A spacious, bright, and airy, gathering space with ample room for movement, presentations, and good vibes. Includes a fireplace, a 65-in mobile TV, and a plush down-filled modular sofa that invites you to relax next to the bay view windows. The living room opens up to an ocean-facing deck with outdoor furniture perfect for witnessing sunrises and sunsets.

*DINING ROOM*
The large 6-person conference-like table is perfect for a friends & family meal, along with a breakfast nook. The 55-in smart TV assists in setting any mood or viewing a presentation.

*BEDROOMS and BATHS*
The guest room is located on the first floor and includes a full bathroom as an en-suite. Miminmalistically designed with large mirrors and a bed, with a 40-in Smart TV on the wall. There is space for changing, staging, and preparation of hair/make-up. The en-suite bathroom boasts a beautiful sink, toilet, and shower. There's also a closet to stash all your items.

*PATIO*
Adjacent to the kitchen, relax on the back patio and enjoy the bistro table while you're charmed by the surrounding string lights and succulents.

*BAR ROOM*
This space has a wet bar with stools and a billiards table. There's also a giant floor-to-ceiling mirror. The room flows into the living room on one side and the dining room on the other as you walk up the stairs onto the entertaining level the custom overhead windows let the healing sunlight come in.
